Functional Medicine Health Coaching uses a whole body approach to health. From Sleep to Stress , Exercise and Movement, Relationships & Nutrition, together we can explore the root cause of your health issues. I work with all ages and many with chronic health conditions from Auto-immune health to Terminal Illness.

HeartMath: Anxiety Support & Emotional Resilience

HeartMath is a world class program that teaches Stress Management Techniques & Emotional Resilience through understanding the relationship between the brain and the heart. This is a pretty technical process that involves being hooked up to a computer with your heart rate visible on computer and may involve visual games and breathing techniques to see your own results on screen!
