IBS – Irritable Bowel Syndrome is the umbrella term for ‘you have gut issues and we are not really sure what it is”

Many doctors will recommend the low FODMAP diet and print you a list of things you can’t eat. If this sounds familiar then YOU ARE NOT ALONE!

Is is believed that 1 in 7 people have IBS in Australia and symptoms can include some or all of the following:

  • Lower abdominal pain and discomfort
  • Bloating
  • Gas/Wind
  • Altered bowel habits (ranging from diarrhea to constipation) with no abnormal pathology.

The Monash low FODMAP diet is a life changing diet for many IBS sufferers all over the world and you can start to feel the results within a few weeks.

The Catch? It is really hard to do it alone. I have many clients that have tried to do it alone and have no idea where to start. They often have feelings of not being able to eat anything, constantly feeling hungry, their social life suffers and they slip up and have to start all over again.

The good news is that there is support available! If you want to try a low FODMAP food plan, I can adapt your current recipes (or use mine!) and provide you with a meal plan with colour recipes, nutritional values AND you’ll even get a shopping list so that you can feel totally in control of your health. I like to focus on what you CAN eat and how to listen to your body.

YOU choose what level of help you need. I can tailor a health plan package to suit your needs. If you just want a 7 day meal plan with recipes & a shopping list – I can provide just that.

If you want a complete package with weekly appointments to keep you accountable – I can do that too.

And if you wan’t to do it independently with step by step instructions and a plan to follow from home in your own time – WATCH THIS SPACE – You will be able to  purchase my “How to low FODMAP 101” step by step e-course.
